Lipofilling is ‘filling out’ wrinkles with the patient’s own fat. It is not a new technique but its execution with state-o-the-art cannulae allows us to infiltrate tissue with centrifuged fat, that will not form lumps and that will be absorbed quickly. The injected fat can last a year or more depending where it is injected. Fatty cells can also be used as filler to augment the buttocks or the breasts.
